The casino has a fun atmosphere, lots of gaming options, and a great staff. Check-in was slow, and the rooms had some cleanliness issues. There's a cool roller coaster, but the hallways were often messy.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find that key attractions like T-Mobile Arena and MGM Grand were just a short stroll away, making it super easy and convenient to explore the vibrant Strip; you can walk to famous spots like Bellagio Conservatory and the Miracle Mile Shops in less than 20 minutes, while the hotel's restaurants provide a lovely dining experience and 24/7 options. The staff was friendly, and while there were a few issues with room maintenance that need addressing, my overall experience was filled with the excitement of being right in the heart of Las Vegas!

New York-New York boasts spacious and clean rooms, fantastic pool facilities, and a variety of dining options within the property. my check-in experience was frustrating, taking 1.5 hours due to a reservation mix-up. If you can manage the process, the stay can be quite enjoyable!

The room was spacious and clean, with a well-sized bathroom that had great water pressure in the shower. I loved being on the 31st floor; it felt quiet up there. the AC was located far from the bed, which made temperature control a bit inconvenient. There was no kettle for making tea or coffee, and I had to go downstairs for that. I noticed broken fixtures; the bathroom hook was loose, and the closet doorwas difficult to close. The decor was nice but felt a bit dated overall.

the staff were very helpful and accommodating. from the bell boys to the front desk, everyone made our experience enjoyable. the location on the south end of the strip was convenient and the amenities in the hotel were top-notch. the casino was fun and the restaurants had delicious food. our room had a great view of the strip, and Gayle at the front desk made our trip even more memorable. overall, we had a great time and will be happy to come back.

Had an epic time with my crew hitting up the crazy acrobatics show and jamming out to music! The walking path was our go-to hangout spot. Super lit vibe all around!

The MGM Resorts Mobile App pleasantly surprised me with its variety of features, including mobile check-in and check-out. I also enjoyed the fresh take on the classic beer hall at Nine Fine Irishmen with live music and traditional Irish hospitality.

The facilities in the public areas were top-notch, creating a great atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the delicious Pizza and Beer deal which we found to be a great value. there were a few areas that could use some improvement. One of the downsides was the lack of ironing facilities in the room, which was a bit inconvenient as we had some wrinkled clothes that needed attention. the heating and air conditioning system in the room seemed a bit outdated and didn't provide the most comfortable temperature control. We were disappointed to find that there was no trouser press available in the room, which could have come in handy for keeping our clothes neat and wrinkle-free. The absence of a dining table also made it a bit challenging to enjoy meals in the room. Despite these minor inconveniences, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. We did not take advantage of room service but did appreciate the option being available. The housekeeping service was efficient, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime. our experience at New York-New York was positive, with the fantastic views and convenient location being the highlights of our stay. With some upgrades to the room amenities, this hotel has the potential to provide an even more comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Had a blast at the hotel! The Vegas vibes were spot on. The casino was huge, tons of bars and food spots. Room was clean and spacious, with a pretty big bathroom. Plus, the staff kept everything spick and span. Also, loved how the Players Suite was even bigger than expected with 3 TVs!

We had to wait at 3 a.m. for ages until we got an upgrade to a suite. Another letdown was the pink, tinted glass in the room and the not, so, great view from the 3rd floor.

cleanliness was top-notch, and the location in the new york tower on the western side was convenient. we loved the italian restaurant with its amazing "sweets" and the friendly staff. concierge blake was super helpful and set us up with uber service. the pool area was well kept and the free tram nearby was a great bonus.

Our stay at NYNY was fantastic! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a fantastic shower. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the attractions of Las Vegas. We especially loved the buy-one-get-one-free offer for the roller-coaster and the free parking. we highly recommend staying at this fabulous hotel when visiting Las Vegas.

The atmosphere was fun and vibrant, with plenty of dining options and great shopping. The location was perfect for being in the middle of the action on the strip. The Bar at Times Square offered a fantastic dueling piano show, and the rooms were comfortable with great views. The center bar and Coyote Ugly were super fun, and there were plenty of food and shopping choices.

Felt like a true getaway, nothing too much trouble.
